Dr. Shirley-Ann Awuletey-Williams worked with Merchant Bank (Ghana) Limited (now UMB Bank) for 13 years in various departments/roles including Domestic Banking, Foreign Operations, Corporate & Institutional Banking and SME Banking.

She joined Fidelity Bank Ghana Limited in May 2008 as a Corporate Account Manager and is currently the Chief Risk Officer of the Bank, a position she has held since 2015.

She is a Chartered Banker and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of
Bankers, Ghana.
